Monthly Highlights

Food4Philly in Action: 650 Sandwiches for Project HOME

We started the month strong with our rescheduled MLK Day event on February 2! With the help of volunteers from Haverford, AIS, and Notre Dame, Food4Philly made 650 sandwiches to donate to Project HOME. A huge thank you to everyone who came together to make this event a success!

Meal Packaging with Overcome Foundation

On February 12, Food4Philly joined forces with the Overcome Foundation for another impactful meal packaging event at the Julia Howe School. A special thanks to the Howe School and our incredible volunteers for their hard work and dedication!

Food4Philly Expands Nationwide

We are excited to announce the launch of a new Food4Philly chapter (MealsforMonroe) in Monroe, Connecticut! This expansion marks a key step in extending our reach and continuing our mission to provide fresh, healthy food to underserved communities. We look forward to building strong partnerships in Monroe and across the nation. Stay tuned for more updates!

Hunting Park: A Strong Continuation

Food4Philly remains dedicated to our weekly food distribution events at Hunting Park, ensuring consistency and accessibility for the community. Every Saturday from 12–2 PM, we provide fresh, free produce through our valued partners Sharing Excess and Small Things. Cheers to our phenomenal chapter heads for smoothly running our Hunting Park food distribution events this month!
